Getting started with Onbranded takes less than a minute.
- Visit app.onbranded.com and click Sign Up
- Enter your name, email address, and create a password
- Verify your email to activate your account
- Log in to access your dashboard
Connect your Square account
Onbranded uses Square's official OAuth flow to securely connect to your account. We never see or store your Square password.
- From your Onbranded dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations
- Click Connect Square
- You will be redirected to Square's website to authorize the connection
- Review the permissions and click Allow
- You will be redirected back to Onbranded, and your data will begin syncing
What data syncs from Square
Once connected, Onbranded automatically syncs the following data from your Square account:
Orders & Payments
Transaction history, order details, payment methods, refunds, and revenue data
Customers
Customer profiles, visit frequency, purchase history, and contact information
Catalog & Inventory
Product catalog, item variations, current stock levels, and category organization
Loyalty Program
Loyalty enrollments, points balances, reward redemptions, and program performance
Team Members
Staff profiles, roles, and labor data to help you understand staffing patterns
Explore your dashboard
Once your data syncs (usually within a few minutes), you can start using Onbranded's key features:
Dashboard Analytics
See your sales trends, revenue breakdowns, top-selling items, and busiest hours at a glance. Compare performance across days, weeks, or months.
Inventory Management
Track stock levels in real time, get low-stock alerts, and see which products are moving fastest so you can reorder before you run out.
Customer Insights
Understand who your best customers are, how often they visit, and what they buy. Use these insights to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
AI-Powered Recommendations
Get smart suggestions based on your data, like which items to promote, when to schedule staff, and how to improve your operations.
Disconnecting Square
You can disconnect your Square account at any time. Here is how:
- In Onbranded, go to Settings → Integrations
- Click Disconnect next to your Square connection
- Confirm that you want to disconnect
You can also revoke access directly from your Square Dashboard under Apps → My Applications.
